80V 199 State Railways shall inform the salary boards, the Staff Regulations of the Jtaliean State Railway and the Italian Career Boards. These staff shall serve for a lifetime with effect from the day following their dismissal from the Italian service. In the selection of the posts to be awarded to the individual, the officials shall be treated as if they had entered the Reichsbahndienst from the outset. This should take into account the training, the training and examinations of railway workers, the career of the service, their last use and, finally, their age. This means that officials with a higher seniority must be employed at the transport office who normally hold comparable Reichsbahn officials of the same career with the same seniority at the employment office. The technical examinations carried out by the staff in accordance with the law applicable to them so far for a comparable post of civil servant shall be regarded as prescribed or customary examinations within the meaning of the DBG and the career regulations of the Deutsche Neichsbahn. In so far as provisions relating to age limits or the retention of posts preclude recruitment, an exemption shall be granted in those cases. In the case of transfer to the Reichsbahn official's relationship, the seniority in the entrance fees shall be determined by way of derogation from the Neichsbahn's right of remuneration and, irrespective of the possible periods of prior service in the entry groups of their careers, only by reference to the age of life, as follows: (c) in senior service (grades 7 to 4a) to the first of the month in which the age of 27 is reached; In so far as an official is not employed in an entry point of his career, but in a promotion centre, the seniority of the service shall first be determined at the entrance point according to the above basic seats and then at the transport centre as if the official had transferred from the entry point to the transport station on the day of his transfer to the Reichsbahn service. In cases in which the above provisions result in more severe hardships, my decision must be sought. Advance notice for the employment is that the staff members have obtained the German Reich membership under the German-Italian Agreement of 21 October 1939, which in all cases can be regarded as true, in which a question form is available from the ADEuRSt. To this end, I also point out that every immigrant German citizen acquires German nationality at the latest when he enters the German Reich. Therefore, the presentation of documents on German nationality is not necessary. Likewise, a political report does not need to be obtained. Likewise, it does not require proof of German-blooded descent and the requirement of good repute and police leadership certificates. Also from a railway doctor's examination can be seen. 2. (a) Retirement officials of the Jtalien State Railways or their legal predecessors, if they have not reached the age of 60 and are still able to serve for at least three years.
