It is self-evident that the transfer of the mentioned people's Germans into a German civil servant relationship must be facilitated in every way. The return takes place by the Reichsführer 4, head office for immigration and repatriation. In order to facilitate the transfer to a German official body, the following is therefore determined in agreement with the Reich Minister of Finance: 1. In cases where special hardships arise from the above regulation, the decision of the Minister of Finance must be sought. 4. The officials in the preparatory service and the officials employed out of schedule receive maintenance or diets according to the provisions of the Reich's salary law. In order to compensate for hardships, the periods of service which, in accordance with the law so far applied to these people's Germans, were regarded as official service periods, in the case of officials in the preparatory service for the duration of the preparatory work and in case of unscheduled officials on the diet service age, or as an unscheduled service period or after both
