100a 184 b) The provisions laid down in paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the procedure for applying for the advance, the examination of the existence of the ground for urgency and the German Reich or ethnicity of the transferor and the payment of the advance requested. (c) The applicant shall, when applying for the advance, indicate whether and what amounts have already been paid to him as an advance in order to avoid payments of more than 50 % on the amounts of zloty or noodles he has paid or brought with him, as well as on his assets consisting of securities and savings bank books. 4. Mortgages, land or other assets. Other assets (e.g. mortgages, land, jewelry) cannot be paid for. Umfiedlers who are located in collective camps and who cannot apply for any provisions in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 3 but who have left behind assets which have been created by the German-Soviet Umsieding Commission or by the Deutsche Umsiedlungskommission alone (Lande) may, in urgent cases, receive a one-off advance payment of 50 RM. The application for and payment of this one-off advance payment shall be made in accordance with the provisions laid down in Suffer 1. The request for payment of a one-time advance shall be accompanied by a declaration by the consignor that he does not hold any other assets on which advance payment could be granted under the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3. (a) In the case of German and Ukrainian settlers who are no longer fit to enter the country, the advance may exceptionally be increased in duly justified cases; the decision on such applications shall be reserved for the German resettlement trust company m. b. (c) The repayment of advances on cash, securities, savings bank books or other assets shall later be made between the Deutsche Umsiedlungs-Treuhand-Gesellschaft m. b. H. (a) resettlers who have been admitted to an apartment or to a work place or to an employment place. In the German Reich, the Protectorate or in the liberated eastern region, without appreciating the existence of assets at the expense of the German Resettlement Trust Company (B.H., Berlin), the transitional allowance is for 1. resettlement (with family up to 4 children under the age of 18) ........... 60 RM, 2. Umsiedler (with family with more than 4 children under 18 years of age) . . . ... 80 RM, 3. adult relatives (over 18 years) living together with a umsiedler who is the head of the household . .. . . 30 RM. Anyone who has received a transitional allowance under paragraphs 1, 2 or 3 cannot claim another transitional allowance from the same siffer or another siffer.
