99a 182 — II. Advances In exceptional cases, resettlers may receive advances of up to RM 200 per month in accordance with the following provisions: 1. Deposits of zloty or ruble amounts to the German-Soviet Umfiedlung Commission or to the Russian Boundary Commission. 2. Amounts of zloty or ruble delivered to the Volksdeutsche Mittelstelle, Berlin. 3. Securities, bank or savings bank books. 4. Mortgages, land or other assets. General provisions from 1 to 4. a) The conversion rate is for 2 zlotys or 2 roubles 1 RM. (b) Advances may not be granted to Poles who have migrated in the context of resettlement and to Ukrainians who, according to the findings of the Immigrant Central Office, enter the General Government. Before it is established whether or not the Ukrainian resettlement is admitted to the General Government after the determination of the immigrant juncture, advances to it can only be granted on brought zloty or ruble assets. (c) Advances may be granted only if they have been demonstrably moved there with the permission of the Reichsführer 4, Reichskommissar für die Festigung deutschen Volkstums, or at the request of a department of the General Government. (d) Ukrainian settlers who, according to the findings of the Immigrant Central Office in the General Government, enter the General Administration at the request of the German Umfiedlungs-Treuhand-Gesellschaft m. b. H. by the Emisfionsbank in Krakow, at the expense of the Zlotykonto of the Neichsfinanzminister, the zloty amounts paid to the Volksdeutsche Mittelstelle again made available.
