The survey is carried out in accordance with the usual practice in the Reichsgebiet (Reichsgemeinschaft) for jobseekers. On the one hand, attention must be paid to simplification as far as possible — not necessarily necessary — but on the other hand, all those questions in the application form must be answered exhaustively, which are indispensable for placement in work. 2. The application form (paragraph 5) is drawn up in duplicate and must be combined with a "tribe sheet" each. The completion of the application form for the senior occupations (employees, master craftsmen, etc.) must be carried out by the workers themselves. The photographs must be attached to the upper right corner of the master sheet. 3. Each completed application form must be checked for correct and complete completion by the intermediary appointed by the Reich Employment Administration. The mediator must certify this by his handmark with date on the application form. The examination shall be carried out, as far as possible, following the completion of the application form, so that any corrections or additions can be made immediately by further interviewing the applicant. 4. No application forms are required for persons who are not available for work (wives who do not work, sick persons, disabled persons, etc.). 5. The following application forms will be used: a) Questionnaires for jobseekers for all professions, provided they are not listed under b to f. In filling out the questionnaire, particular attention should be paid to carefully answering the question of extra-occupational skills and to answering the issue of special professional knowledge (knowledge of special work). b) Application form for home staff. c) Application certificate for male (female) job seekers in the catering and accommodation sector. (e) Application for commercial and office employees. (f) Application to technical employees. Insofar as the question of the occupational group and the type of profession is raised in this application form, it remains unanswered. In each application form the applicant's identification number must be entered at the top right. All application documents are distributed in accordance with the instructions already given by the employment office Jnnsbruck. This also applies to job seekers whose application documents have been forwarded to the state employment offices following the previous instructions from the head office for immigrants and returnees in Berlin.
