The Italian authorities will agree, together with the German authorities, on a fair system of pensions payable by the State or public bodies in order to avoid disadvantages for the beneficiaries. 39. The Neichsdeutsche, whose activities are particularly sweet for German-Italian trade relations, may receive an extension of their residence permit after agreements have been concluded on a case-by-case basis between the Prefect of Bolzano and the German Consul General in Milano. 40. With the consent of the German Consul General in Milano, Reichsdeutsche Businessmen can move to the old Probinzen of Jtalien. The advance is that this migration takes place within the fixed deadline and that these Reich Germans did not give any reason for special circumstances in political terms.
