The "German-Jtaliean Commission for Valuation" is composed of the Main Commission and the Subcommissions. Insofar as the assets of the persons referred to in paragraph 23 are freely handed over or realised by the divestment to the Ente or are already in liquid state and are no longer required for the settlement of their obligations or for the satisfaction of their needs in Jtalien, the amounts available for the transfer shall be paid without charge to the Lirekonto »Alto Adige« established by the Instituto Nazionale per i Cambi con l'Eftero for the Deutsche Verrechnungskafse. The transfer of the deposits made on this account will take place by converting the lire to Reichsmark at the special rate of 4.50 lire = 1 Reichsmark. 36.
