The people's Germans who migrate to the German Reich are granted an Italian passport with a validity of 2 months free of charge, or a Reichsdeutsche passport as soon as the naturalisation has been carried out. 11. He cannot take his residence in the kingdom of Jtalien again without obtaining prior authorization from the Italian Ministry of the Young People's Republic. 12.
