41a 130 19. Emigration must take place within the specified time limits. These time limits may be extended for proven and justified reasons, e.g. in the event of absence, illness, legal disputes at the timely notification. 20. The underage Germans follow their parents in nationality when they exercise the paternal authority over them. The under-age illegitimates follow the mother's new nationality in the same way. People's German wives and minors over the age of 18 who do not live together with the husband or those who practise fatherly violence and will not receive it from him, decide independently on the question of their nationality. Judicially divorced wives decide independently on their nationality and on the minor children who are married to their education. Even underage folk Germans, who receive the German Reich membership, have to migrate to the German Neich. 21. People's Germans with an unexplained nationality may choose their nationality under the same conditions as the people's German nationals with an Italian nationality. People' s Germans who have their residence in the territory of the contract and wish to acquire German nationality are also covered by these Directives, without prejudice to their current nationality. 22. Parents who migrate to Germany must take their minor children with them as indicated in paragraph 20. The migrant parents are allowed to give their children private German lessons before the migration, observing the provisions in force in the Kingdom of Jtalia. Second Section Economic Provisions 23. According to the agreement reached between the German and the Jtali government on the economic implementation of the settlement, the transfer is envisaged: I. For all the net assets situated in Jtalia, its divisions and areas of Jtalienian-Africa, as at 23 December 1990. In addition to the normal growth achieved for each economic unit, the normal increase in this sense is a youth which does not in any case exceed 5 o for each year.
