2 Prague, 1l October 1939. Note. The Lord Reichsprotektor has decided on ll.lo.l939 that the title of the heads of the NS, in so far as they are similar to the NSDAP, should be changed with immediate effect (law against insidious attacks against state and party and to protect party uniforms of 2o December 1934 Reichsgesetzblatt I, page l269).
