Although the situation in general is satisfactory, it is now becoming increasingly apparent in the care apparatus insofar as camp and local care workers are already well known with the workers and after the first large works find more free time to pay homage here and there also to the laziness. In order to be able to meet the dangers arising from this, it is necessary that the warehouse and local caregivers are constantly checked and that if difficulties occur, the possibility of cleaning up immediately on the spot is given: This mobility is currently lacking in my apparatus, because my section supervisors do not have the possibility to visit the places under them (each section 30 - 50 ) without too much time loss. Not one of my section supervisors has been provided with a motor vehicle, even my permanent representative, Pg. Knohloch, can only drive on control if the driver has just released a vehicle. The permanent allocation o of a good vehicle to Pg.Knobloch and the preferably use of the vehicles stationed at the sections by my section supervisors should be arranged and carried out. In this context, I point out that the party, which has much less political leaders in use than I am, was allowed by us with the best vehicles, while we (including OLR Dr.Eckold ) have too little usable cars.
