STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1469, sig. 109-4/1223
English Translation
Ministerial Conductor Dr.Bertsch Prague, 23 August 194l. 22 Mr. Staatssek-retär. The regulation with the food cards on journeys of the consumers is the same in the Protectorate as in the rest of the Reich. If a consumer departs during a supply period, the merchant with whom he is registered can obtain the food quantities as a supply. However, he is charged for the too much quantity obtained at his later delivery, since he receives allocations on account of the cut-off cards in the next and over-next supply period. Thus, he does not have a surplus - with the exception of milk - but only temporarily an increased supply. Another regulation is not technically feasible, as detailed discussions in the Reichser- nährungsministerium have revealed. f e % 80S .ec.d. L5/8.47.
