Railway wagon management: The division must intervene daily for 20 - 30 member companies at the Ministry of Transport and with the department for the transport of wagons at the Directorate, Prcg. The intervention only meets the order of the covered or low-borden railway companies. The situation is very tense, especially in the case of the delivery of the thickened Vagon. The Ministry of Transport tried to reduce the lack of covered wagons by prohibiting the ordering of these vehicles for the Varen, which are supposed to be gcladon after the goods classification in open wagons. However, since, in the case of the increase in the tariff of l.ipril l940, all goods of class XX were classified from financial considerations in dic open wagons, the possibility of transporting individual classes of goods was provided; in particular, the shipments of kaolin, of refractory clay /messels/, of stone and marble flour and finally the sensitizations of cnder ceramic archougnies were omitted. After our intervention, the ban on Kaolinbc promotion has been abolished, and a decision has not yet been taken on the other sanctions. 2. Tariff issues: adaptation of our tariffs to the rich German tariffs in exchange. a/ In cooperation with the individual economic groups, we have revised the application of the Ministry of Transport for the translation of the Reichsdeutscher Tarifos, Division I B /Güterklassifikation/, i.e. we have checked the correctness of the technical and technological terms. b/ The largest arboit is linked with the adoption of the rich doutschon discount rates. In the first place, Vir has provided about 80 German exclusive tariffs with the names of the stations of the BMB, and where it was necessary, it is also responsible for the change in the conditions of the dicser tariffs /see our No.4lll9 of the l.Novenber l940/. These 8O tariffs are those which also make available to the Reichsdeutsche imtstände to the co-operation of the Ministry of Transport.
