- 3 - 18 A transfer of the Italian to be returned by means of a police collection transport is prohibited. 2. If, despite detailed instruction and state police warning, the Italian worker who is in breach of a contract of employment refuses to return to his old place of work, the state police must, in accordance with the provisions of No. 3 of my decree of 19.11.1941, apply for deportation to Italy under unit IV D 3 of the RSHA. I have no doubts that these workers, who are likely to be punished in Italy, will be sent to the detention centre after a decision has been taken for the purpose of deportation by means of a police collection transport.
