Orders of the Reichsgesundheitsführer Due to the importance, the following orders are renewed and again declared binding: Order No.2/43 Participation of health professions, hospitals, etc. the use of men and women for tasks of the Reich's defence The extensive use of both men and men for duties of the Imperial defence requires the following measures: 1. All doctors, hospitals, clinics, institutes, etc. At the request of the doctors of the employment authorities, I undertake to provide reports on the current condition and previous diseases of the reporters who were or are still in their care. 2. All doctors, hospitals, clinics, institutes, etc. On request, I undertake to grant the doctors of the employment agency an opinion on documents relating to previous treatments, operations, etc. 3. Requests of the reporters for reports of findings or expert statements, or on the working capacity of doctors, hospitals, clinics, institutes etc. shall not be complied with. Reporters who request the submission of a report or an expert report shall be referred to the employment agency, which may require such a report. 4. An infringement of the medical confidentiality obligation does not exist with these reports and expert reports in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 (Reichsärzteordnung § 13 para. 3 in conjunction with the professional regulations for the German doctors § 2 para. 2). A special consent of the patient is not required. 5. This order also applies mutatis mutandis to all members of the other health professions.
