In the places listed above, complaints about the functioning of the organs were not to be made; in the place of Jung woschitz, however, it was found that the organs had controlled only one farmstead instead of the ordered inspection of two farmsteads. The reason for this was that the second farmer's control could no longer be carried out because of the darkening. The head of the column,Ing. S y k o r a, was instructed to carry out the control in the course of the next day next to the controls already ordered for that day. The columns worked very diligently and only noticed that the gendarmerie officials did not take an active part in the search of the farms. The reason was stated that they had only to provide 'assistance'. According to their instructions, this meant guaranteeing sufficient protection for the inspectors. The head of the column as well as the post commander present were instructed to directly involve the officials in the subsequent checks. Own control activity: In the examination of the farm of the farmer F r e m u t in Marschowitz it was found that he had hidden over 4 double-point grain under straw on the ground. For me, the question was answered and, after initial denial, admitted that the grain had been hidden in the intention of turning it into its own consumption later on. The process was handed over to the German Criminal Police, Criminal Police Department Tabor, for further prosecution. On 17.12.1941: Controls were carried out: l.) Shebirzhov 2.) Sobieslau Bez Tabor ) Plan 4) Luschetz Bez Beraun 5.) Sbirow Bez.Rokitzan. /
