=4= The organizational structure of the Central Association of Crafts for Bohemia and Moravia. With the decree of the Minister of Industry, Trade and Trade of 8 March 1940, Coll. No. 85, the implementing regulations for the Reg.Vdg. of 23 June 1939 Coll. 168 on the organic construction of the economy in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mähren were adopted. This implementing regulation provided for the summary of the entire craft trade in Bohemia and Moravia in a central association. After the central association of industry and that for trade had already been established, the construction of the new form of organisation of the craft trade began. This activity presupposed above all the delimitation of membership to these three associations. The existing standards were sufficient to determine the question of demarcation between trade and craft trades. This is not the case with regard to the central association of industry, since the provisions laid down in the trade regulations are insufficient for a precise line to be drawn between trades and industry at the beginning of the activities of the central federation. In addition, it is not a matter of branches and subject areas, but primarily of the type and capacity of the farms and to what extent they are involved in production. Although the decree of the Minister of Commerce No.85/40 for the organic structure of the Central Association of Crafts for Bohemia and Moravia ordered that the central association of craft belong to those enterprises which were not covered by the organization of industry or trade. However, since, as already mentioned, there was clarity between trade and craft trades in the assessment of membership, it was only clear who is part of the Central Confederation of Crafts and who belongs to the Central Association of Industry.
