19th and at the beginning of the 2nd East century, the craft did not pass without a trace. The methods of the guilds were no longer sufficient to follow the faster course of development. The young artisans flowed from the workshops into the factories, contributed to the greater extent to give the industry the best of its manual work and, while industrial production assumed unimaginable dimensions, the master united in the factory-place, barrier-free competition, offered by no one to stop, combined with unfair competition, the rest did to make the craftsman's state poor. The more parties concerned with the rescue of the craft trades, the more effective the representation of interests remained. World War II, its effects and the development of the last twenty years shocked the craft enterprises in an appalling way. In a strenuous struggle for struggles the craft stand for the poor self-preservation. The more they took care of the political events, the less and less the truers of the economic and professional interests of the craft industry, which in constant decline, became more and more responsible for the decline. The integration of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia into the framework of the Great-German Empire and the new state-legal character of the area of the Bohemian and Moravian territories brought new possibilities for development in addition to the reorganization of the economic conditions for the tradesman's stand. The adaptation to the economic foundations of the German Reich, forced the creation of economic central and top organizations in which the professional as well as the economic questions can be solved with success. Based on the Führerprinzip, the responsibility of the management is far greater and constitutes the guarantee of the complete fulfilment of duties in all areas of organizational life.
