Opis k č.B-2290-17/ll-39.P. 80 According to the result of the proto-colonial investigation, no government police organ was present in the fall, which occurred on 7 September 1939 to Mrs. Gischitzky. The incident was due to the wife of Gischitzky and the driver of the tram no.4oo of the line No.9 Johann Prosický only after 5 minutes to the police station guard Alois Mlejnek who had provided the service in front of the building of the police committee in Pilznerstrasse. Staff guard Mlejnek led both of them immediately to the police station in the office building of the Commission, where the incident was dealt with by the station commander police officer Franz Šimon. The wife of Gischitzky was offered the transfer to the hospital here, which rejected the same and demanded only one escort home. Her wish was granted and Mlejnek, the master of the staff guard, accompanied the woman, supporting her under her arm, to the corner of Poděbradstrasse, where Ms. Gischitzky asked him not to accompany her any more, thanked him and the police organ. Ms. von Gishitzky was instructed to be examined by the police officer the next day and at the same time she was told that if necessary she could also call the police doctor by telephone.
