Opis k č.B-2290-17/ll-39.P. 79 \dec The result of the proto-colar investigation was that no organ was present at the government police in the accident that occurred on 7 September 1939 of Mrs. Gischitzky. The incident was reported to Gischitzky's wife and driver of tram No.4oo of route No.9 Johann Prosický only after 5 minutes to police station guard Alois Mlejnek, who had provided the service in front of the building of the police committee in Pilznerstrasse. Staff guard Mlejnek took both of them to the police station in the office building of the commissioner, where the incident was dealt with by the station commander police officer Franz Šimon. The wife of Gischitzky was offered the transfer to the hospital here, which rejected the same and demanded only an escort home. Her wish was granted and the staff guard Mlejnek accompanied the woman, supporting her under her arm, to the corner of Podğbradstrasse, where Ms. Gischitzky asked him not to accompany her any more, thanked him and the police organ reached out. Ms. von Gishitzky was instructed to be examined by the police doctor the next day and at the same time she was told that if necessary she could also call the police physician telephonically. Helene Gishiztky said she was a Russian nobleman, resembling Russian nationality.
