50 The foundations of these political considerations are as follows: Bohemia and Moravia belong unalterable and for all times to the kingdom. No empire wants to be the regulatory power in Europe, this can be without Bohemia and the Moravian. And vice versa, the countries of Bohemia and of Moravia are not viable without the empire. The National Socialist Empire has the task of pacifying the centuries-old trouble in its heart. This succeeds only by a definitive solution of the Chechnya problem. I would like to say a few things about the nature of the Czech problem. It The nature of Czech Probiem results from three things: 1. From a glance at the map of the country and peoples, 2. from the knowledge of the racial conditions and 3rd from the historical schickdal of the Czech people. To 1.: The Czech people belonging to the Western Slavs lies not only in the German political, but also in the Austrian habitat. This spatial situation offers a political independence. The inability of the Czechs to organize themselves constantly is a fate of space. The Reich must have this space and its inhabitants politically. This leads to the question of the future of the people of Czech Republic.
