V. Meeting with Obergruppenführer K.H.Frank on 25.10.44 Present: 4-Obergruppen FührerK.Hrank M-StandartenführER Dr.Weinmann 44-Obersturmbannfänger Dr.Gehrke Major Steindamm Department President Dr.Müller II. Street loudspeaker system in Prague. The street speaker system in Prague consists of a headquarters in Karpfengasse and 4 sub-head offices in Smichov, Holleschowitz, Königl. Weinberge and Streschoitz. A total of 144 street speakers are in operation. The meeting usually follows via the main centre in the carp street, but each subcenter is equipped with a complete meeting equipment and can work completely on its own. The street loudspeaker system is also used to transmit the air warning and warning signals. The first planned installation of the main control centre is possible with regard to the high technical effort. In order to secure the system, it was therefore decided to secure its main control center by guarding it. As a further backup, every activation of the amplifier equipment is indicated on a signal line from the main command centre to the Vltava Authority Office. If the Moldovan office does not have at the same time an air warning or any other corresponding notification by a German official of the police bureau, the modulation lines of Störton will be marked. The head of the department Prague, 26 October 1944 Telecommunications and Post CL To the head of ministerial office, Mr. Min.Rat Dr. G i e s zur fl.
