In the first place, it is necessary to make available to the general officer for the super-local air protection of the higher and police leaders in Bohemia and Moravia (Ministerial Councillor Dr. Landmann) in sufficient numbers. Equipment which is required for the purpose of the common accommodation of soldiers, workers and children, as well as for hospitals or health homes of the Wehrmacht or armed forces and police in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, war-mongers or soldiers, civil servants and employees of the Reich who are transferred to the Protectorates and who do not have any other means of obtaining necessary facilities, shall be retained as a reserve. 5. Subject to the requirements set out in paragraphs 1 to 4, the equipment required by the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia shall also be used for the equip- ment of bomb victims of the rest of the Reich. The objects necessary for this purpose shall be made available to the Reichsführer-i. As a rule, the transfer of the assets transferred to theOginary Staff II for the purpose of recovery shall be made by sale. An appropriate minimum selling price shall be assumed for each value resulting from the stock books of the staff set up with the basis of a kaurmännische calculation. The adoption and follow-up procedure must be as simple and concise as possible and will be governed by a Rules of Procedure to be adopted by the head of the staff, and I personally await the approval of an exception to these Directives. Supervision of the mission unit II is led by the Chief of the Mi- nisteramt, who serves the General's Department of Supreme Control.
