Objects which, because of their artistic value or for similar reasons, are to be designated as space-bound and are therefore to be preserved by the countries of Bohemia and Moravia shall be made available to museums or similar institutions in Bohemia and the Moravian Republic in consultation with Division III of the German State Ministry of State (Oberregierungsrat v.Both) or, as far as this is not possible, to be kept separately.
