The assets left to the Staff II for conversion and to be handed over in the future shall be used in accordance with the following guidelines: 1. It is necessary to ensure an inventory of furnishings that are needed for those who have been damaged by bombs in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, and who have relocated because of the danger of air, and other cases worthy of social consideration. The supply of these goods may be successful only on the basis of the existing stocks and on presentation of a purchase certificate by the permanent district management of the NSDAP - County Office for People's Welfare - which has previously determined the careworthiness and the care turnover accurately. 2. Objects which, because of their artistic value or for similar reasons, are to be designated as space-bound and are therefore to be preserved by the countries of Bohemia and Moravia shall be made available to museums or similar institutions in Bohemia and the Moravian Republic in consultation with Division III of the German State Ministry of State (Oberregierungsrat v.Both) or, as far as this is not possible, to be kept separately. A levy to private individuals does not take place. 3. Equipment which must be prepared for the Pall, that also in the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia due to bomb damage or because of air danger.
