3 Magistrate of the capital city of Prague. N.Z.III 20328/40 D 6 Prague, 21.V.1940. d 3 SEL Mr M95 E S 0 R. Kubik, BSE S6SS E msdaaiha P r a g XIX., Bubentsch No.3. During the investigation and search of the whole factory object No.3 in Prague XIX, Bubentsch, formerly Kaisermühle, the following was stated: The enterprise "Company Kubik" is according to the owner since l928 in this object. Originally, only the bricked object was used for paper production. Gradually, various subordinate buildings and substructures were added to the factory as required. With these non-organizational additions of outbuildings to the main building, the conditions in the plant have deteriorated, mainly with regard to access to air and light, fire protection and safety of workers. The constructions are partly made of wood, partly from brick walls but equipped with a wooden roof chair, therefore not secured against fire risk, this is located directly under the windows of the main building and blocks the direct exit from the building, which endangers the fire safety very much. with unprocessed paper of all possible varieties, and which is not separated from the stocks of raw material and refined paper, it will be necessary to store a new proposal on the whole regulation of the plant, separated from manufacturing, from raw material, and the manufacturing method must be reorganised. On the basis of the fact that this is an important plant, it is necessary that the owner of the plant submits to the Magistrate's Office a proposal on the entire reorganization of the factory process.
