Those members of the Czechoslovak Legion, against whom the opening of criminal proceedings for treason is not possible, are to be transferred to Strasbourg, with the exception of the Slovaks, the commander of the security police and the SD, who is responsible for housing in a detention centre. The members of the Czechoslovak legion, who lived in France for a long time before the beginning of the war and who were forced to serve in the legion according to their own information, are also to be transferred to this detention centre. Accommodation of these legi- naries is necessary at least for the duration of the War. Members of the Czechoslovak Legion of Slo-Wak nationality shall not be accommodated in this detention centre. However, if a special anti-German activity or recruitment can be demonstrated to these Slovaks, application for accommodation in a concentration camp at RSHA - Unit IV Dl - shall be made.
