THE CHAIRMAN OF FISHING Prague, December 7, 1943. THE WAFFEN-94 BOHMEN AND MAHREN Nuremberg Street 27 9S IVa, Az 26-12. 43-Ki-Ri1-Ri2. Subject: Statement on the complaint lodged by Mrs Elisabeth Reupert, former Home Secretary of the I Follow-up House of Prague, November 23, 1943. appendices : - 5 - To the commander of arms-ive Bohemia and Moravia BS R S C ald selewaynvlbnel HeT in the house. - JEN En nSew TMUANO euTe DS geu On the complaint of the former head of the home, Mrs Elisabeth R e u p e rt of 23.11.1943, to the 4 Obergruppenführer and Minister of State, K.H.Frank, I take the following position: As can be seen from Appendix 1, entry of the follow-up house of the Waffen-i Prague is prohibited for all soldiers and male civilians without identification of the head of l-site administration in Prague. Mrs Reupert, as long as her husband was alive, had adhered to this house rules both in the service and in person. In compliance with this prohibition of entry, Mrs. Reupert, as the head of the home, refused to enter the following house for the fathers and brothers who were visiting. At this coffee table there were present: Mrs.Reupert, Mrs. Freigang (representative of the home manager), Fr. Heß (stenotyper for home management), Frl. Brockerhoff (sister of Mrs. Reupert), Fr. Thalbitzer (stenotypist in the j-lazaret Prag-Podol), - 3 flag-junker unknown names, 4-Rottf. Brandt from the Ábt. VI BdW.-4 Bohemia and Moravia. Anl. 2 The mentioned persons are shown according to Appendix 2.. This meeting caused indignation at the office staff in the H-following house, so that I was forced to point out to Mrs. Reupert the impossibility of her action, which was initially done by telephonic means. The next morning, the sister of Mrs.Reupert, Frl, appeared to me. Brockerhoff, to whom I had assured after a wound by enemy effect accommodating shelter in the following house until her restoration. She said that her sister felt very offended because I reproved her because of the visit of the Lord, while still mentioning that she was coming without knowledge of her sister. I have explained my view to her and I have pointed out in particular that b.w. 141
