b/ - 10 funds of the organizations is not significant, it can be safely dispensed with on the German side). The fact that, except in the case of Národnímatice, the liquidation in the context of the autononen Verwaltung followed, would undoubtedly alleviate the Czech sensitivities against the German measures to a large extent and could be put forward on the German side as a conscious consideration of the Czech national feeling. The elimination of popular work within the autonomous administration would not result in a significant loss of intelligence; the archive of the Czech National Council has no longer been complete since the beginning of the war and probably already been cleaned of the most confidential sources for the establishment of protectorates and is in its present stock already sealed in German custody. The old population of the Women's Organisation/Cultural Council is likely to be small. Therefore, on the basis of the above assessment and with reference to the supporting documents, it is suggested that the sound popular work (with the exception of its social and charitative branches) will be liquidated in the shortest possible way due to the favourable momentary circumstances. The measures to be taken include the Czech National Council, the Czech Cultural Council, women's organisation of the National Council (two associations) and the Czech Central Organisation (Národnimatice).
