(c) Provision and use by the military replacement service at the request of the flak commander. (d) Convening by the local authorities responsible for flak services. 3.) Bs depends on the fact that in this division of responsibility and in the many difficulties arising from the wishes of the companies and the individual concerned on the one hand, and from the demands of the force on the other, there is no unnecessary correspondence and, in any case, with regard to matters of prestige and jurisdiction, come into the background.
