English Translation
The experience of recent times has revealed the need not only to set up a single central collection point for the Germans of the city of Prague, as originally laid down, for the purpose of the damage caused by air raids, but also to prepare for the 4 of them. The division was made as follows: 1. Spartaplatz, Prague VII., Sommerbergstraße, for the areas of the local group Sandtor, Messe and by Og. Karolinenthal the districts VIII. and IX. 2. Langemarckhaus, Prague II., Beethovenstraße, for the areas of the local groups Old Town, Neustadt-Nord, East and District X. of the Local Group Karolinenthal. 3. Volkshaus Weinbergen, Prague XII., Reichsplatz, for areas of local groups Vineyards, Schanze and South-East. 4. Volkshaus Smichow, Prague XVI., Matthias-Braun-Straße, for those of the regional groups Neustadt Süd, SmicHow and Burg. If one of these collection points is not intact, the alternate point will be announced there, or one of the nearest German collection points will be found. After daily attacks, the responsible German collection station can be visited immediately; after night attacks, you can first visit the general collection centre in the own police area, where in this case also German food and accommodation for the rest of the night, but no care certificate etc., is made available. The next morning, therefore, every citizen concerned must immediately use his personal papers to visit the responsible German collection, 117
