Dutn des Stgatsfehretäs - boa Reichsprotector in Bohemia and Moravia. 2 Eing.: 21. FEB. 1942 To 4-group leader State Secretary K.H. F r a n k O E MIS Prag AOps obroeed BASEA ASE S0 Subject: Harsh behaviour of the Czech population SOL tiotn ne against German wounded, LD here: incident in Pilsen. Theaue After a long investigation, Jaroslaus C h v o j k a, born on 8.2.1903 in Pilsen, was found to be responsible for the tram operator. He has been a conductor and car driver since 1929, serving the electricity companies of the city of Pilsen. He is married and has 3 children. Except for some inconveniences with the audience, he has not yet given any cause for complaint in the service. Politically, he does not have any events. C h v o j k a was arrested on 17.2.1942, during his interrogation he admitted himself to be the conductor at the time in question, but denied to know about the marked incident, or even to have faulted him with the intention of early termination. The accused explains that he did not realize at all that at the questionable time a member of the Wehrmacht wanted to enter the tram at the station Sachsengasse. He never wanted to have seen the upper canonical B a u e r, which was juxtaposed with him. Bauer, on the other hand, claims that C h v o j ka had seen him fall onto the road both when trying to get in and when he fell on the road as a result of the premature exit from the running board. B a u r also claims that at the critical time C h vo j k a was standing in the interior of the car close to the semi-opened back door.
