- 3 - It is undeniable that the tasks of the government of the former ČS are more limited under the present circumstances to the tasks which the Government of the formerly ČS has to do with. The reason for this is not the extent of the scope of the sphere of activity of the regulation, but also material changes in the activities of the Government, to which it has come according to the Council. In addition, if the reasons for the economy, the use of forces and the appropriate concentration of activities were to be considered, then it would be possible - without the risk of disruption of public services - to reduce the number. It is possible to divide not only the members of the Ministry of Transport and the Department of Commerce, but also the Ministry for Trade, which would certainly not cause any special complaints; on the contrary, it would be - as can be expected - an appropriate simplification. Furthermore, one could also think of a possible dissolution of the Ministry of Justice and of a transfer of his business to another Ministry (Ministry of the Interior). It might be argued here that such an action would not be in full conformity with the principle of separation of jurisdiction from administration, as far as the fact is concerned that the central administrators in protectorate matters would be snatched from the institutions which emerged from the jurisdiction and mixed with the administrative powers of the other departments by such a measure.
