Having been dismissed from military service in December 1988 without any remuneration or compensation and degraded without reason, I hereby apply for appropriate compensation. As a special hardship I say that I was without merit from the end of l9l8 to March 192O and was protected from hunger by my brothers and sisters, who had to live in modest conditions by the overthrow itself.
