The Commander of Security Police 8 and SD Prague, 5 October 19 43 XIX. Kastanionaline 19 - IV B - 510/43 - Tgb. No. B. d. S. Please indicate the date of the reply given above. To the M i n i s t e r a m t id. of i-Obersturmbannfahrnefinistera Counsellor Dr. G i e s Eing.: -8. 0KT. 1943 Prague. Subject: Dr. Adolf L a Ž a n s k y. In 1942 the doctor Dr. Adolph L a Z a n S k y sent an application to the Reichsprotektor for confiscation to the front office. The office of the Lord Reichsprotector sent this entry on 2.4.1942 under the number 1325/42 - for comment. Dr. Lažansky, Prague II, Quer- gasse 8, is Jewish descent. His claim brought before the German Landgericht with the desire to find out that he was not the blood-like son of Dr. Ludwig Lažansky, who was registered in the district as his wife's father, but of Rudolf Boukal, who had been born in Strakonitz on 20 May 1873, was rejected in all three instances. The examination carried out by the Head Office for Race and Settlements has also shown that it is illustrative to call it intolerable. Commissioned by: m j.d.dd. 0/10.83 141 St.M.FF-86/43
