SS- nersturmFührer Iversen, Managing Director of the Deutsche Andiedlungsgesellschaft Berlin, The settlement staff is responsible for examining and advising all fundamental questions and questions of particular importance of the settlement project. The decisions in the settlement staff are taken by the chairmanship. The other members of the settlement team perform advisory functions. I reserve the right to provide the chairman of the establishment staff with instructions and guidelines for the decisions to be taken by him and to send representatives to the meetings of the relocation staff. VI. The settlement and financing plan to be drawn up by the German Resettlement Company - both to be completed by 1.9.1941 - is submitted to me by the institution of the procedure and requires my approval. VII. The expenditures required for the regulation of the public-law relations, in particular those for cultural measures (schools pp.), road and road construction, are financed by the institution of the procedure from funds of the Lord Reichsprotektor and from funds from the Protectorate government. Thus, all expenditures of this kind are neither pre-financed nor reimbursed by me. All the other funds required for the purchase of the settlement country and for the settlement procedure will be made available by me to the institution of the procedure under the approved financing plan in accordance with the respective needs. VIII. The institution of the proceedings shall issue monthly interim reports on the progress of the procedure and shall, at the end of the process, submit to me an orderly statement together with all the documents. IX. As farmers, agricultural workers, craftsmen and rural tradesmen, only those German resettlement workers who are nationals of the Federal Republic of Germany shall be settled.
