STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 367, sig. 109-4/112
English Translation
Mr. Dürr initially wanted to combine the enjoyment of his pen - still a regular activity at the German-political office. With regard to the described conditions, as to the legal provisions, this request was rejected by the board. After his retirement, as I recall, Mr Dürr was still paid half a year's salary. I myself, as a political chairman, had nothing to do with the accounting of the Office; its control was the responsibility of the Managing Director, Dr.Peters. Shortly after his retirement, Mr. Dürr made an effort against me and against the accounting officer of the employment office, in which he demanded a considerable replacement for the pledge of his own effects, which he had previously mentioned, in the interests of employment - albeit without the job and without the knowledge of the managing director. DO Although there was no legal obligation for the employment office, an amount of slightly more than 600o Kr. was retained as exceptional compensation for Mr. Dürr and deposited at the court. After a trial lasting almost four years, in which Mr. Pilz, like me, grew up a great deal of work and labor, Director Dürr withdrew the complaint and agreed to the compensation offered. However, since Mr. Dürr takes up labour law for himself and apparently finds a sadistic pleasure in accusing and insulting other people unjustly, he immediately handed over a HOT of theEd second lawsuit. I do not want to talk about the letters that I received from the various lawyers of Mr.Dürger, and I just want to hear from them.
