36a - 52 - are held, of course, under the above safeguards measures. In addition, there are such locations, in which important rallies take place several times a year - although irregularly - . One-time events have the advantage from the theoretical point of view that in the long term prepared attacks are hardly possible. The decisive factor for the intensity of the measures to be taken is, however, the timing of the public awareness of the event and its success. The longer this period between the publication and the date of the event, the more intensive the screening measures are (which, in particularly important cases, can and must reach the level for periodic events). In the latter cases, all the measures still available, which are already listed, must then be taken, under the guidance of all the available forces. If the local forces are not sufficient in such cases, they must be consulted (by means of an application to the Reich Security Main Office) by other security police and SD authorities.
