I have had a presentation given by Pd. Langthans regarding the project, dated 7 October 1939 - sign La/W. and connected to it. I refer to the content of the presentation and consider it expedient if you can discuss the project yourself with Pg. Langhans, so that the matter, which has already been pending since the end of May l939, can be promoted and brought to a conclusion. Gauant head of staff I have telephonically agreed that the project will continue to be maintained.
