As I have noted, the wage and price ratios in the Moravian-Ostrava district are very difficult to maintain and have moved to the fact that in the ranks of both the German labour force and the Czech labour force a considerable unrest has arisen. I therefore order that the Lords v. Buses and Schröder immediately undertake a business trip to the Moravian-Ostrava district, carefully examine the relevant question with the participation of the state and party departments and then submit to me in a written elaboration those proposals which are suitable to put off any misdemeanours and to rest in the purest of the workers. 8
