-2- (3) The execution of the measures required on the basis of the transfer of assets and the declaration of revocation is the responsibility of the Reich Protector or of the service station designated by him. The Reich Protector has the property declared forfeited. § 3 (i) By confiscation, the owner of the confiscated property loses the power to dispose of the property and rights belonging to the property. (2) In the case of real estate and book rights, the seizure in the public book must be noted at the request of the authority (§ 2 para.3). The note has the effect that entries which assign, debit, restrict or cancel a seized right may only be granted with the authority's approval (§ 2 para.3). § 4 (1) If the inheritance of a naturalized person is declared to be forfeited to the Reich, the Reich shall be liable for debts which belong to the goods and rights for which they have been forfeit, up to the limits of the value of the sale of the confiscated property and rights. (2) Rights to property of a property declared for all shall exist. 3.
