On the basis of Article ll para. l of the Erlase des Pührer and Reichskanzler on the Frotektorate of Böhmen and Mühren of 16 March 1939 (RGBl. I, p.485) the following is prescribed: §1 (1) Members of the Protectorate who reside abroad may be declared lost to the protectorate if they have encountered acts which are liable to damage the interests of the empire or to degrade the prestige of the kingdom. The same applies to protectorates who do not respond to a call for return, which the Minister of the Interior has sent to them in reference to this provision. (2) The decision is taken by the Minister for the Interior in agreement with the Minister in charge of the Foreign and the Protector of the Reich in Bohemia and Mhren. In certain cases, they decide to what extent the loss of protectorate membership extends to the wife, to the marital or to children's children, to women's illegitimate children. (3) The withdrawal of the protectorate affiliation becomes effective with the announcement of the decision in the Reichsanzeiger. § 2 (1) At the start of the withdrawal procedure or at the time of the remission of the return order, the property can be confiscated, after the withdrawal of the protectorate membership as the kingdom forfeited. The acceptance of the claim shall end at the latest with the expiry of 2 years, if it is not declared to be forfeit before the kingdom. (2) The confiscation of property and the declaration of revocation shall be published in the Reichsanssiger. They shall take effect on the date of publication. (3)
