Only in purely techechic communities can the Czech text be the first in the proclamation of dispositions and for internal community needs (but not of a general nature). Since the constant violations of the rules on language use in the Protectorate of Böhnen and Moravia mean that there is an unnecessary additional burden on the services and, on the other hand, that compliance with the government decisions must be guaranteed also in the interest of smooth cooperation, I would ask that all subordinate bodies be instructed to familiarize themselves with the language regulations. 6. I would like to point out that all interpretations and explanations of the language rules as administrative orders of fundamental importance in the sense of the Government Decision of 27 September 1939 are mandatory. II. With reference to the last paragraph n in the letter of 1 August 1939, I ask, in view of the practical necessity, to supplement the government decisions of 25 July 1939 and 14 September 1939 concerning the use of languages in the Protectorate, Bohemia and ?nurturing, that the designations in and on buildings in which public bodies and institutions (para. 2 of the Government Decision of 25.7.1939 of the Municipalities and Districts which serve the common benefit of the Czechs, such as hospitals, market halls, baths, etc., in both languages. I ask you to submit the necessary measures for the implementation of my letter as soon as possible for approval.
