In individual cases, the business community must be responsible for verifying whether there is an absolute need to use the Czech language as well. The decision has to be made on the customer or the possible customer group. The guide can be used to clarify some questions of doubt: 1. The German language must be used against the organs, institutions, bodies and funds of the Protectorate and the self-government authorities, against the large and medium-sized industries, the wholesale trade, the large trade and against the intellectual class. 2, Opposite the Czech middle class (small merchants, craftsmen), the peasant and working class, if necessary, the Czech language can be used in addition to the German language, while respecting its priority. Oral and written traffic can be carried out in Czech, and advertising is carried out either in German or in two languages. The W takes place in 5: the I in the original language.
