Prague, 27 June 1941 The Imperial Protector in Bohemia and Moravia I 1 a - 6600 To the Lord Reich Minister of the Interior in B e r l i n NW 7 Subject: Participation of the Reich Protector in agreements between the German Reich and the Protectorate Reference : Letter of 27 March 1941 I BM 33/41- 2028 Attachments: - In the interest of an even treatment of my participation in the legislative process I agree with the conclusion of agreements between the German Reich and the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia that such agreements will be concluded by the competent specialist ministers with the Protectorates Government in agreement with me, but I must ask for the protection of my authority in the Protectories that my agreement should not only be contained in the text of the treaty. Regulation published by the Convention, but also expressed in the text of the Convention itself. The latter is also necessary because, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, the Protectorate Government publishes the text in the Conventions without the special declaration which is customary under Reichsrecht. The title or introductory clause of the agreement would therefore have to read, for example: "Agreements between the German Reich,represented by the (department minister) and the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia,received by (default minister) in agreement with the Reich Protector in Bohemia and Mähren on ........" or "The German Empire,represented by (Default Minister) and (defektorate of Böhmen and Moravia),representedby (development minister),receededed by(defence minister) with the Imperial Protector in Böhingen
