28a Important notice! A. Publishing of the list of telephone exchanges, telephone calls and network participants in Prague's network is usually published at the end of February with effect from 1 March of each year. Two additions are regularly issued to this list, first in May, second in September of every year. The Postal Administration reserves these dates as necessary within a different appropriate period. The editorial work ends for the main issue on 31 October, for stations new or moved in the following year, on 10 November of each year. [The registrations of new and requests for removal of existing stations are accepted by the Telegraph Building Office No.2 in Prague II., Jindřišská ul. 9 (new station phone 203 23, 360 10, moving 382 82) which, after fulfilling the pla-béních conditions, will arrange for what to do when it comes to publishing in the main issue of the list. The same office also accepts applications by the end of October for new non-participants to be included in the phone book.] Editorial work for additions ends on the 2nd day of the previous month in which the supplement is issued. B. The Council of Minutes is made according to the Czech alphabet: a, b, c, no, d, e, a, f, g, h, ch, i, j, k, l, m, n, n', o, p, q, r, ry, s, sh, t, u, v, w, x, y, z, ž. Names with subtitles ä, ö, ü are listed in alphabetical programme as if they were written with a, o , u for example: the word Käufel is listed as Kaufel, Fröschl as Froschl, Hübner as Hubner etc. 2. (c) the same procedure as under (a) and (b) for other words boldly printed header, (d) bold printed headers with only an address without a plying text (the address also ranks alphabetically according to instructions a-c, Prague's quarters rank numerically behind them I.,-XIX., and take precedence over the address listed as: Smíchov, Vinohrady... etc.), (e) the plying text (weak print) according to instructions a-c. The group of letters, or the word divided by a dash, or by dividing marks- mints (A-B-C), is considered as two, or three separate words. Separate extensions -ova, -a, expressing the female gender or plural, are not considered for alphabetical series. For words in German language, a noun is crucial for classification, not a member (Der, Die, Das).
