547 In order to overcome the lack of teachers, the effective use of high school pupils as assistant teachers and of military service maids as school assistants can only be sufficient if these girls receive at least four weeks of introductory training for their new job and later further extensive school instructions. In order to carry out these trainings as well as for the further training of the fully trained teachers, the national teacher seminars were created in Prague and Brno, which fulfil these training tasks centrally with good successes. The task of the national teacher seminars is therefore to place the entire teaching work on a methodically uniform basis, i.e. to thoroughly work on the methodology of the individual subjects and to provide the teachers with the necessary equipment by means of theoretical and practical instruction. Working groups of methodological and teaching questions arising from the special school conditions of this area were thoroughly examined (people's work of the German school, the productive colloquial work at the little-organized school, photograph and film in the classroom, etc.). (ii) to create the necessary teaching resources for the teaching work of teachers (lecture books, material plans, means of understanding); The work of the seminars will also focus on the further training of the school inspectorate It is planned, on appropriate scientific courses for school inspectors
