Candidates who were not able to take up higher visual service as a consequence of their appointment to military service were appointed as candidates retroactively. For the Artistic Magisterium of Music at the German Higher Schools, a new examination regulations were issued which correspond to the order of examination for the Artistic Teaching Office at the Higher Schools of the Reich. Overview of the previous training courses The re-training of the Czech teachers to promote the ideas of the Reich and German-led teaching in the mental subjects was started already in the year 1994l.
