Ma 4 The personnel of Dr. K o p r i w a were informed by the official of the German Criminal Police. Thus, the administration for us was terminated and we left the department of the Deutsche Criminalpolizei. If I am told that Dr. K o p r i w a vö me and the other comrades were deliberately mistreated during his arrest as well as during the transfer, I state that this information is not in line with the facts. It is true that Dr. Ko p r I w a was unsavoryly touched by me and by the other fellow comrades, but this was necessary in order to be able to break the violence he opposed. The whole incident would have been avoided if Dr. K o p r i w a had not given the reason for it. I and the other comrades acted only in the fulfilment of our duty. In conclusion, I state that the behaviour of Dr. K o p r i w a was such that the exercise of the service was very complicated for us.
