It is natural that every survey programme must be submitted to me in the German language. If the applicants submit the survey programme only in Czech language or without the German version of the survey form, these applicants shall be responsible for the delay resulting therefrom. Art. I, § 9 of the Government Decree No. 186 of 28.3.1940, SdGuV. shall remain unaffected by the provisions of this Regulation. I am sending this copy with reference to my decrees of 28 August 1939, I 1 d - 8102 and 7.3.1940, I I 1d - 174, according to which national authorities, departments and public bodies are required to apply for the approval of statistical surveys with a precise description of the subject matter of Group I 3 g and noting that this regulation has become necessary in view of the demands of the defence.
