With regard to the agricultural holding of Krajíč, a project for the sale to a German applicant, who wants to buy the over-indebted property at the actual value, is under way at the Land Office. The Land Office has given the basic consent to these requests and has asked the buyer to contact the creditors for a possible reduction of the debts. IIA Pür Šimandl is finally guaranteed a claim of K 308,000.-- as a residual amount from its sale. Since with this demand the total amount of the book debt alone reaches approx. K l,400.o00.--, but the tax price amounts to only K 1,080.000.-, the last-ranking mortgage claims, including those of the Šimandl, have hardly any prospect of satisfaction in the event of a forced auction. As far as it could be determined, Simandl from his successor in law, Dr. Krajíč, on the purchase schilling of its time approximately K 60.o00.--- cash received, while the book loads of Krajič were taken into account on the sale schill. With regard to Šimandl's pre-booked residual purchase claim to Krajič, the current buyer has negotiated with Šim andl with the conclusion that ŠimANDl agreed to replace the remaining purchase claim with Kl20.oo0.--. This amount has now been paid out in cash by the buyer to Šimandl. So Šimandl has received crowns for his unsafe residual claim of initially K 308,000.--able 120,000.-, whereas in the event of a forced auction he should have expected not to receive the entire K 308.--- possibly. VIII. Neither the district office of the Land Office, nor the forced walters have influenced the negotiations between Šimandl and the authorized buyer. IX. In political terms, Šim andl is not evaluated in a favourable way. I attach a copy of the SD-information from February 1 943.
